The initial contact was warm, professional and efficient. The survey was friendly, encouraging, supportive and you flee you were in safe hands. The quote was the most competitive. Packing boxes were delivered and on the day the team arrived early and showed their professionalism by simply getting in with the job with the minimum of fuss. At the other end they couldn’t do enough to help, assembling furniture and placing it just where it was needed. What can I say …. Perfect. Tidy. Trustworthy.

From start to finish Tonks have been brilliant, their men came the day before the move and loaded 80% of our belongings and were very helpful and caring with our possessions and came back the next day to load the rest

There was a little hold up with the solicitors and that delayed us getting the keys for our new property but the men were very understanding and we eventually got everything unloaded

We can’t complain about anything FANTASTIC service from start to finish

My call to The Tong office was very informative followed by a clear quotation with all points covered.

I was met on site with a warm hand shake and an introduction.

It just got better as the move progressed, nothing was to much trouble, we had both looked forward with great appreciation, but needn’t have worried the TONG TEAM were looking after everything.
