Fabulous service! Tonks held our house removals in storage for 6 months while we searched for a property. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. We had our belongings delivered to our new home 2 hours away, and the removal men were efficient, on time and took great care of our things. Couldn’t be more happy and would highly recommend

Professional and smooth removal experience.

We have used Tonks for long term storage at the Bridlington site as well as two house moves in East Yorks / Lincs during the last six year period. We would highly recommend this company for storage and removals – their prices are very competitive, the storage site is dry and secure, admin and customer service/flexibility is very good and the removals team are expert packers and handlers. We have had no issues at all and can recommend without reservations.

The team of 3 staff worked really hard to load our belongings onto 2 lorries over 2 days. They were joined by another 2 staff to help offload into our new house, they came to help having finished their own removal job. This was great teamwork. The guys were likeable and easy to get on with and seemed happy to do whatever was asked.

Absolutely brilliant service, from removal to storage and delivery to the new house, staff were very helpful to make sure everything went smoothly for us.

Fantastic service and great people to deal with, throughout the whole process! As well as our move they moved the people we were buying from so the run up of packing to moving was so smooth and 100% stress free on the day. They also did a move for us from France the following week, again seamless. Tonks go above and beyond on customer service, stress free moving, furniture placement and re-assemble. Cannot recommend them enough !!!

Wow! We all know how stressful moving can be, right from putting your house on the market, strangers trawling through your home, keeping it spit spot everyday, getting a buyer, negotiations,

solicitor (solicitors in our case) buyer having to pull out, find another buyer, more negotiations. Then there’s that blasted chain, luckily we only had four in the chain including us and that took forever to get to completion. In the meantime,

Ross, WOW! what an amazing man he is.

So, Ross came to do the survey to give us a quote for packing, dismantling wardrobes, beds etc. Two quotes were made up. 1. House to house. 2 House to storage (including outdoor potted plants) then from storage to house. Keeping in mind we were moving to Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿.

When they say they take the stress out of it, trust me they keep their word. We ended up having to do storage just for a week though due to the completion date kept on moving 🤪 The day came and then we met Chris, again what an amazing man. Both these men were so kind and thoughtful and extremely respectful of our hard work belongings. No hassle no huffing or puffing (30 years experience behind their belts)

Two days our 4 bed house was packed up. First day for packing next day for loading.

Delivery day! 🤯 couldn’t write this (lol but I am) only digging up the pavements and no vehicles allowed all week. Ross arrived again no stress he had a chat with the Forman and made plans to deliver/unload next day with complete calm. Wait for this! This enormous vehicle and a 7.5ton truck was having to keep coming and going due to the tarmac wagon coming in. In the meantime they put wardrobes together along with beds. Wow! These two gentlemen are the best in the business and if your thinking of moving and want a stress free removal company best rates (trust me I got a few quotes) Then Tonks are your people. 5 star rating.
